Guarantees
RETURNS 
We are unable to offer returns for refunds, however we do accept exchanges. We are happy to accept an exchange within 7 days of the date of delivery/purchase.

EXCHANGE
We accept exchanges within 7days of the delivery date of order to customer. Please contact and inform us by sending an e-mail to admin@posh.co.zw

When you decide to exchange a product, please be sure about conditions below;
• Package of the products should not be damaged and the content of the package must be full with no items missing.
• Products must not be used.
• Products must be complete with the original package, including all accessories.

Evening dresses, earrings, and all jewelry cannot be exchanged.

Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping charges (including taxes and custom fees). Once your exchange is processed, you will get products equivalent to original purchased goods. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned for exchange.

SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped directly from our head office in Harare Zimbabwe to your address. The shipment will take 5-6 business days under normal conditions. The cost of shipping will be calculated at the checkout according to your country. Your order could be rarely held or stacked in Customs. In this case, customs officers or shipping company will contact you and inform you about the procedure of getting your products. Customs fees change depending on the size of your order and your country.
Posh.co.zw has no responsibility for import duties and products in customs. Delivery duties and custom expenses are not included in the item price when shipping to all other countries beside Zimbabwe. This means you may be liable to pay import duties on receipt of your order.

Damaged Products On Shipment
When you receive your order, please be sure that the package is not damaged on shipment. If you see any problem with the package, please have a damage report from the delivery company. If the product is damaged by courier company, you need to declare and prove the damaged part of the product.

Defective, Damaged or Wrong Product
When you open the package, if the product is damaged, defective or a wrong item, you can easily return your products free of charge. In such cases please contact with us.
